ADMISSION DETAILS
Admissions are open to all, subject to availability of seats and students’ eligibility.
Step-I : Registration form and prospectus will be issued on payment of Rs. 500/- (non Refundable) from the office.
Step II : After the registration the parents along with their ward will be called for interaction to verify a few details and know parent’s competence to provide an atmosphere conductive for good education.
+ Registration does not guarantee admission.
+ No provisional admission will be given.
+ Child between 3 to 3.5 years (Nursery), 3.5 to 4 years (‘KG I), 4.5 to 5 years
(KG II) are eligible for admission.
Step III : For filling the form, documents required (Both Original + Photocopy):
Nursery to Std I:
1) Birth Certificate from Collectorate (if from Sarpanch with correct format) with all the required information.
2) Caste Certificate of those belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
3) Mark sheet of previous year (except for Nursery admission)
4) Two recent stamp size photographs (Nursery, KG I, KG II)
Std. II onwards:
1) Transfer Certificate (duly countersigned by D. E.O. if from other state)
2) Caste Certificate of those belonging to SC/ST/OBC.
3) Marksheet of previous year.
Note:- 1)If the child’s name is not there in the birth certificate, submit an affidavit stating the child’s name.
2) Two recent passport size photographs
SCHOOL FEES
1. Nursery, K.G. I & K.G.II shall pay together at the time of admission. “
2. Std. I onwards shall pay in 4 installments, i.e. by 15th of July, September, November
and January.
FEE REFUND
In normal cases, the fee paid is not refunded after the completion of Admission formalities.
